Since joining Master Consulting Engineers, Luis has established himself as a respected Structural Engineer Intern. Luis has acquired a solid understanding of structural design and field inspection. Luis has had the opportunity to serve on the design teams for a wide range of new construction and renovation projects. In addition to his structural design experience, Luis has also conducted threshold inspections for a variety of construction projects. Luis is a graduated Structural Engineer from Mexico; he worked in several commercial and residential projects prior to moving to the United States and joining MCE. Luis experience, prior to joining MCE, includes the design of structural building such as residential, educational and industrial facilities. His structural design experience includes the design of elaborated concrete and steel structures located in highly seismic and earthquake zones.
