Fabiana graduated from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela. Since joining MCE, she has served as the project engineer on various large-scale projects, including the design and execution of new construction, renovations, and repairs across diverse sectors such as educational facilities, healthcare structures, parking garages, and airport facilities. Her work also encompasses project documentation and development for guideways and stations for an automated people-mover system.
