Brad Loomis, P.E.
As Senior Principal at MCE, Brad brings more than twenty-three years of experience in the engineering industry, managing and designing a wide range of public works and private development projects. Throughout his career, he has cultivated expertise in traffic engineering and operational analysis, roadway and highway design, storm and sanitary sewer systems, site development, and railroad design, as well as federal and military facilities and permitting.
Over the years, Brad has collaborated closely with local public agencies on federally funded projects, developing a strong understanding of regulatory processes and project delivery requirements. He is committed to delivering efficient design solutions, applying his technical knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach to ensure successful outcomes.
